Job security They layoff the employees when we spend 20 years in the company and settled all the processes. You know when the age is above 40 then it’s very difficult to get the job and they don’t understand how the employees survive on this.

No work life balance Overload of work Manager remain on WFH but want his team to come to the office everyday which is really disgusting Manager and one senior who doesn't deserve to be a team lead and he is not even a TL plays strong politics and due to which it impacts on our progress. Politics are at it's peak. CEO don't have an idea or he might have an idea but don't schedule one on one meet with the team members of different departments. He needs to tak out some time to discuss with each person about the inside story that is going on. CEO ask team loudly "Ask me anything" in front of whole office. Now think how could a person ask genuine questions related to the office politics people are suffering from. Please think twice before applying here. A good environment begins where the Directors and Managers all are very passionate and positively handle the team and communicate.

Work Life balance is 0 here Job Security is 0 here Politics is at its peak Managers just dont listen If you argue they will put you to PIP They expect you to work 24x7 If you are at India time they will call you in US time They even call you on your weekends They can fire you on same day giving all kind of bs reason Terrible company and toxic environment to work

If josh is reding this 1. Higher employee like team leader in team are like they are the owner of the company threatening employees for their job for no reason. 2. They act like they are above everyone even in cabs while pickup and drop time to and from office. 3. Felt like QA and the developers under team leads and managers and nothing as they still think they are in ebix and they can fire any of employees just by complaining. 3. Also no wfh policy or hybrid policy for new employees from ebix There is a lot but the character limit has reached
