management is unofficial and unethical ,no value for the employees, *No offer letter, *No increment after a year *No incentives as per retail standard but they need business *Management will tell everything in words while joining, afterwards they will deny it *No sick leaves *No official training *You have to ask for payslips 5 times in a month then also they we will proceed but they never proceed, for the first 2 month they will just to make you sure you will get this everytime, after 2 months nothing. *They will not listen if you are sick or anything you have to report store anyhow *There is a PL but will not get as they describe during interview *During interview they will promise everything and various benefits which never comes true *Employees is always wrong ,but management is never wrong, if management is not co-operating for requirements or any this also count as your mistake by saying you have to daily follow up, their hours will be count as busy but not ours *No growth *Only 2 luxury stores so there is growth for knowledge as well They are giving such a store target which never meets and if we ask them to give appropriate target as per business is going on they never listen, so store incentives we can't expect, but atleast in other retail watches everywhere brands directly send their incentives in employees account, but zimson doesn't allow to credit in employee account and instead the brand incentives of each employees goes to zimson account, they proceed half brand incentives to the employees after a year rest half they will never proceed, Management never listened to us, owner and directors doesn't know area sales manager, regional manager is doing how they behave with the employees and how they concerned about the job security, you will never get a peny for extra hours but will get deducted for sure if you forget the biometrics

At Zimson Times, the initial treatment seemed promising, but quickly shifted to a negative experience. The company lacked respect for employees, treating them poorly after hiring. Despite claiming to be religious, their behavior focused solely on business, ignoring fairness and ethics. After two months of hard work, I was fired without explanation, left unpaid, and even denied reimbursement for travel expenses. This was the worst experience in my career, and I strongly advise against joining this company.

Before I joined this company I thought it would be great experience for me in company . But lately I experienced such a horrible situation that I thought why did I join this company . The Hr team was not supporting at all I had faced store manager and staff gossiping on floor about me and next is the store manager used to fight infront of customer and the company people they never see all that . Recently my mom had died and even though I was going through lot of things within my life without no parents around I had to face problems each morning . I used to greet everyone on the store including our house keeping but I didn’t what problem they actually had with me the Hr never try to listen my problems or he never try to solve it instead they kept highlighting my problems. And forcefully Leave my job . Please help others staff to understand the problems and move forward
