...ides great job security and there was no paycut of single penny during lockdown. Bonus structure and compensation wise also company is decent.

After a point, learning and skill development becomes zero. Not much scope of career growth, managers do not give you much opportunities and there's no peer growth.

There is nothing to like about this company, the management is least bothered about employees, there's no management actually.

Dislikes

1. Gives you title of Sr. and want you to work as Customer executive - calling customers, doing night shifts. 2. Poor management , does not take feedback by employees and employees are like labours. Very well said word they made us " Labour support" 3. Lack of communication: Deduct your payment and later when asked why did you cut my payment say " tumne poocha nh " . 4. No job security 5. The company used to be borderline good in terms of management, but now it's worse after the new person " Mr. Amit " - manipulative person. 6. If you do not have job, and no skills and getting their offer go for it otherwise don't waste time in this company. There's nothing to learn , upgrade 7. HR is worse than anything.

The office is supremely small for the number of people employed. They do not even have their own washrooms, these are shared with 10 other offices. Most pathetic management I have ever worked with.
