... worst organization, there higher management specially in R&D behave like Ruler. Salary not credit regularly. Working culture is completely against balance of life. Office working culture is very dangerous. Senior use abuse word with junior collegue

Culture between colleges and subordinates is good as both are in same ship. Working hard and hard to achieve given goles by management.
