Dislike Everything... Everyone at zim speak negatives things and especially when a new joinee join with high salary. Existing employees can't digest that as a result envy new candidate. And existing candidates are good for nothing and etc.

Previous management was good and very cordial though not apt but they all worked as a team.

Now not in a good hand, keys in the hand of a thief. All the half baked cookies sitting in the management position. Don't know the basic etiquettes to treat an employee or team member.

1- no any complain from self 2- overall only sighted little problem in commercial side. Even you smell from existing of staff & frequent resignation by mkt & branch mangers 3-you can see zim not getting active & aggressive people to join 4-reporting to commercial head can group with line mangers of HQ. 5-in commercial efforts are made by executive but royalty taken by branch commercial head as they nominate rating &listing of customers. 6-every country shall have HR dept head for his /her own region ,not like one HR monitoring activities of other region 7-best rewarding system as per recommendation of panel comprising head of dept /HR & president or you can depute HR to interact with every employee personally or video call confidentially or secret voting
