No TA DA, less salary not a permanent job and have lot of local issues, heavy work pressure with less benefits, we need to spend our money to the work, we can’t save money for ourselves. Local fellows always ready to beg money, otherwise they create dispute at work place. Lot of journey with your own vehicle only meetings will happen. You receive lot of notices and whole your experience will happen by replying to the notices.

development work and time to time skill development training. For example watershed project etc.

Systematic work but scheeme wise work not alloted to desire employee And officer not helping any employee. Mostly employee buzy without work and goship.

It's a good experience for me to be a part of jilla panchayat...great experience but it will be great if every staff member do their work sincerely and effeciently so that no one has to suffer especially class 2 and class 1 officers ....it's a great experience as far as salary is concerned...but gov should understand equal work equal pay for the nhm and outsourcing persons working in organisation...

Nothing to dislike but one thing I must tell that jilla panchayat should follow government policy and norms in term of job placement and job security and finance is concerned ..

Yes definitely, zila panchayat office is key agency to implement govt. Scheme. I consider fortune to work with the agency.

I would like to share few comments in this regards - 1. I disliked office's staff behavior. I was giving technical support on behalf unicef. They were discrimination with me. They consider themselves supreme because they are govt. employee. They were always ignore me during the working period. 2. Second things I don't like their unnecessary paper work. Many letters had been issue in a day. Most of time we had spare just prepare letter. But couldn't fallowed in ground.

It's a very good place to work, learnt new things every day, teammates are excellent, there was no training when I was joined, it was very difficult to move on at the beginning. Over all was good. For one reason I am gone quit this job is for going back home very late.
