1. Zifo help their employees to maintain good worklife balance 2. In Zifo everyone will get opportunity to speak freely or discuss freely irrespective of who is present in front. 3. Small talks, fun, annual trip, festival celebration, team lunch with teammates are the reason to love Zifo, which acts as a family most of the time.

.... 2. Recently they stopped hiring and giving promotions to the existing ones. 3. No bonus in Diwali or in any other festival. 4. Massive office politics and also partiality to the locals as the company and its 70% employees are from TN.

A wonderful platform for freshers in the field. Proper guidance and suport given by teammates. Work culture with the NO DOOR system makes it easier to approach any member on the floor for support

Compensation is fine , can be better in providing equal for freshers from any stream

for the responsibilities and workload-the compensation is very poor. the colleagues are not highly motivated or goal-driven-their attitude is very fragile as if it is very hard on earth for them to get a job, so they just are very complacent with their given job and have no higher goals except settling down right here.

I feel there is a high ownership and responsibility driven environment here, where free thinking is encouraged. The work culture is respectful and growth oriented. Collaborative work environment where I know I am safe and well supported in terms of project execution. Within teams also there is good connect. Customer relationship is maintained in a mutually beneficial manner, where we don't allow team members to get treated rudely by customers.

Dislikes

...ds me and i can never be as good as them. Growth gets stunted after mid level. The workload and volume of responsibilities are very high does not match salary growth which is predictably very slow.

... and providing me with all the space I need to take care of my personal life. They have also initiated a covid care package which on request will be delivered to the employees home. Also virtual consultation with a top doctor.

Dislikes

Zifo needs to be more aggressive in its marketing and messaging as an employer.
