Good work environment team mates are supportive and everyone is given their best for company's growth. Timely payments and variable based on sales target achievement.

Dislikes

Organisation should be more well structured. Need more quality in all things compared to Germany's organisation. Work facility should be well planned looking for future expansions.

Working at ziehl-Abegg is always a dicey situation as even after year and a half you will never have any confirmation from an organization regarding the job security. Also, You will always be under pressure for your roles and responsibilities. Lack of appreciation even after tremendous har work.

No HR, hence increment are not on time, you have to beg for your increment. No Authority to anyone, it’s one man show. And salary level is way below industry standards
