Your colleagues may seem nice on the surface, but the truth is that they are always backbiting about you. You can't trust everyone in that place. (4). If you want to pass time then you can join.

Directly involvement by chinese managemnt is good for staff, we can learn many things from them.

The indian management is poor there, they only promote them who always do flatters. And always support them who only make thier numbers.
