I joined this company initially. Then they gave us training for four days. Exams were conducted on whatever was taught in the training.Skill development improved greatly due to training and physical work.

As per the interview, the nature of the work was different in the company. The salary was very low for the work. There is no match between the job designation and the work there. One has to work standing for eight hours.No chance of sitting

The company feel like learning centre. Chance to get good experience if we work honestly. We work happily with colleagues. It is best experience for me.The company working time is best.

For trainee, no pay roll job. Growth is slow.

Work culture is good, self skill development with working, salary packages are good as par experience.

No further growth opportunity, You have to handle all your work related activity , more work burdon.

Market standard salary, good benefits such as helath insurance will be provided to the parents without any extra amount. OSS domain is in boom and good job security.

Work life balance, promotions, HR related things. Poor VPN network, very difficult to do WFH if they provide option also.

The company is very good. I really like its technology environment. All the things rule, regulations, discipline and also its fooding facility is good.

Dislikes

Company environment is good. But in the salary part, there is big fraud between HR NITIN AND CONTRACTOR ABHIJEET(Perfect contract) . They are the big fraud in this company. They know only how to earn money without doing any work. Shame on them. These types of people ruined the company reputation. These people only know how to eat the salary of the workers.
