Learning was very good specially in my team. Team lead and seniors were extremely helpful. Every 6 months there is appraisal. You can learn and grow if you are willing to do that.

Dislikes

Salary w.r.t work was low. The product quality was great but because of lack of marketing no one was using that. There are neither verbal nor economic rewards for your hard work/extra time/dedication.

The environment of your team directly depends upon your team lead. In zeus you will feel that you are part of a team(that too varies with your team and team lead) not company. Work satisfaction is also dependent upon your team. Many of my colleagues were not at all satisfied. I personally enjoyed my work and team so it was good for me. Seniors there are very helpful. You can learn a lot if you want. There is no politics as such. Its a decent company for beginners if they want to work and learn.

Dislikes

It feels like company doesn't care about you at all. There no management/HR to talk with. You won't know what's happening around in company. No transparency in any terms. No hard policies as such, company will/can change it whenever they like for their own benefits without thinking about employees.
