A great place for development of skills in the Quick-Commerce as well as the overall culture of the place is really vibrant. Managers are very much supportive and have diverse experience in the field. They make sure our work is not going into any pendency and is up-to-mark.

Dislikes

I believe, the salary could be better specially if you are hiring people from good academic as well as experience. Reason is sometimes while working it feels like a minimum wage worker and that should not be the case if employee satisfaction is one of the key aspects. The TA team also said that appraisal after Probations are over but I believe it is just a way of fooling people into bulk hiring and getting people at minimum salary.

I liked salary paid in time for example month ending 30 salary crideted in 29 of the month.

Dislikes

High level management have no skills they have act of communication, they always involved direct lower management, for example I am reporting to “X” but every time “X” reporting manager involved and ask each every thing what is value of “X” ? There is no chain management. Everyone higher management work their own benefits only not work for company.

... all through the organisation, no employee is satisfied with their work culture. All are doing their job purely because of the salary. Employees are scared to share their concerns with their managers. Complete environment is throughout pressure management.
