Work Culture is Normal, like every other organization, Depends on perception and person dealing with the situations in day to day activities. Almost flat organizational structure, decent growth opportunities for people willing to work.

Dislikes

Average to Lower packages as compared to bigger MNCs. (Obviously). lesser perks. Learning something new is entirely on personal basis.

It's very excellent, Specially MD of company Mr. Josipura directly call to me (employee) that was really good take care of the employees. Also not any issue about economic. I am happy & satisfied to do work in company. Thanks

Manager is so rude, never get opportunity to grow here as she is the lady don in the department, no one can survive here, everyone leaving this department due to her bad attitude and still company is not taking any action against her
