Work Culture is Normal, like every other organization, Depends on perception and person dealing with the situations in day to day activities. Almost flat organizational structure, decent growth opportunities for people willing to work.

Manager is so rude, never get opportunity to grow here as she is the lady don in the department, no one can survive here, everyone leaving this department due to her bad attitude and still company is not taking any action against her
