The only thing I like about this company is they teach you about the financial markets.

Dislikes

The salary is super low. They tell their employees to give a review on the early days of getting hired as they can get positive reviews. There are multiple problems with the company: 1) There is no job security since its based on trading. 2) The operations are chaotic. 3) The salary is extremely low and there is no hike. 4) No notice period. All is all, after working for them for 11 months I can say that this company is a terrible company to work for.

There is alot to learn especially if youre keen for a performance based comp. Only international markets. Hours are mainly US markets orientated. Flexibility and no politics. Good starting for fresher as they take without experience. just basic finance knowledge about futures/options, yield curve.

The experience that we gain here is priceless. With such experienced guidance it has been a smooth ride. The work culture is amazing, very different from other 9-5 jobs. Yes, the work timings are based on US market but if you love to do what we do here, it is never going to bother alot.
