Team work is very favourable here,, and teammate are supportive and good,, and company deals with many type of famous protein brands and neutraceutical product with lots of testing method used that makes it good learning environment

Dislikes

Training is provided time to time ..career growth is slow, salary is average as per experience, no travel, learning is good....working environment is favourable but sometime hectic...

Work life Balance. Their open nature to accept any new and innovative ideas. I am working in this company since last 1.5 years and I joined after a 3 year gap still they give me chance to show my expertise and in such a welcoming manner. Great place to work 👍

The founder/Chairman&MD and Director HR, both treat all employees of Zeon as their family members. Hard work is always appreciated. All female employees are well respected. Every level employee has a direct accessibility to reach out to the top management of Zeon for any grievances

Time Management control over employees working need to be further strengthened.
