no clients, working in so many layers, company management is very bad and employees are not getting salary on time, sometimes they get half month salary which I've never seen in any company, I prefer everyone not to join or refer anyone in such kind of organization which is just harrasing their employees

Company management is worst, they dont have projects they dont have money to give salary,I dont why they are running this company if they dont have project and money.Dont even think of joining this company even you dnt have any job.

Non tech persons running whole technical drive without any knowledge and outcome. They are working like buliding castle in air without any concrete ground. And irrespective of your knowledge and contribution they could say you bye anytime because they don't know what they want.
