no job security no life balance not providing good salary they only keep people who is doing buttering, strict work culture for employees and old employees can enjoy anytime, no good way of talking with collogues, overall my worst experience is here such a bad company.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
