They tell you everything good during the hiring process, gives you good compensation - but this is only to fulfill their temporary project requirements. no job security at all. Do not join, they may ruin your career.

There is no job security. They call you through teams and directly released us from company. Also they don't have any valid reason for it. Joining Zensoft is totally waste of time.

They are not allowing work from home because most of the employees are working at client location...so they don't care about employees.They only busy in satisfying the client

Performance Engineering team is phenomenal and over the limit scope of learning Performance team culture is one of the best for learning and enjoying together

Constant lay offs No performance team anymore Very bad culture in other teams

• The firm culture depicts there is no hierarchy. Freshers and juniors have equal rights to put their point of view on a problem statement. • Salary hikes are really good and meets expectations of individuals most of the time.

• Job security can be a bit concerning. You'll be valuable until you are on payroll of a client.
