...es is a very good company. We can maintain work life balance while working here. Salary structure and in-hand salary is quite good. Pune campuse is awesome. Learning and skill development wise also we can explore much. Everything is very good and awesome working experience I have here.

Bench policy and project allocation process has the scope to improve.

Work Life Balance in project I was working on was really good. Joining Salary will be reached near to what candidate expectation. They push employees in Skill Development / Learning but no proper planning random tasks are listed and u have to pick few of them. Company culture 😅 - TTMM If any client visits happen we also payed for the client lunches from our pockets. No outings will be planned from company. Don't expect anything from company apart from work if you are in project.

Dislikes

No Perks/Benefits provided. Medi Policies are available but premiums are high. Don't expect any promotions / Appraisals. Job Security is there till ua in project and once you move to pool no one cares if you are alive or not.

After Covid, life has changed. But Zensar has provided with remote working without any questions to all its employees.

The salary hike is negligible and there is bias among project managers towards some employees for promotion which is terrible.

Poor compensation even for exceptional Performers. False rating system. During Appraisal discussion, you...your manager even 2Up will agree and give you Exceptional Rating i.e A+. But when the process is completed...in your profile it may even show "B".

Training on new technologies and compensation was good.

There's no job security, they have strict 45 days bench period; in that period also one might not get salary!! Ofc infrastructure, policies are never marching to CMMI Level 5 company. Not recommended.
