I would personally prefer not to work in this company . They dont have enough projects in hand and the ones they have you cant find any sort of potential growth in either your skill set or career

Flexibility at work is good and helpful team member. While having the freedom to plan and execute, zensor is the right place to be.

Dislikes

There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work life balance is really appreciable and will get good learning experience here too. You are doing well, can say job security to an extent.

They were not good Pay master but now they paying a decent package to freshers.

Decent work like balance. Ofc, it depends on your project. Some projects even demand working on weekends with no extra perks, which is bad

1. Ridiculous compensation (Sometimes lower experienced associates have even lower salary eg 5 years experience would have a package of 4.7L) 2. Poor Management - Managers tend to work only for themselves and not for the team. They seek out options that would only benefit themselves. 3. Some projects have ancient technology stacks. Like who uses VB. Net in 2021?

Working at Zensar Technologies was not a good experience for me. I was working with a leading South African Insurance and Financial Service provider. There are some good points I would like to highlight about Zensar: 1) Onboarding and Induction: Onboarding and Induction was very smooth and quick. 2) Onsite Opportunities: Good possibility of going to Onsite (Cape Town or Johannesburg) for short term (3 to 6 months) if your Client is based at South Africa. Some projects also allow onsite on rotational basis. 3) Lot of Cultural and Fun Activities: If you love cultural and fun activities then Zensar is a good work place for you provided you work load is less you can enjoy alot in the Office Premises. Although the premises is based on old construction asthetics but still you will enjoy the events but again the infrastructure is average. You will probably meet a lot of fun loving and happy go lucky people here. 4) Company Vision: The company has a strong vision towards Digitisation and Connect. The have alot of inhouse Android apps but it sometimes get very annoying but there is alot of scope for Mobile Application developers here. 5) Work Life balance: Work Life balance is average but it depends on the project you get. I have seen alot of other colleagues enjoy their life in Zensar. 6) Covid Situation: Zensar Family is very caring about their employees. During Covid Zensar put alot of effort to get their Employees back to India and arranged many Vaccine slots for Employees and their immediate family members. Work From Home is also being promoted in Zensar. 7) Lot of Options on Food Card/ Food Wallet: You have lot of Food Wallet options available here like Paytm Food Wallet, Zeta, HDFC Food Plus. Monthly 2200 rupees can be taken as Flexi Food Wallet allowance but it is adjusted in your CTC

...und 3-5% hike and promotion again depends on favouritism of Senior Management. 3) Salary: Zensar only pays good at the time of joining for lateral entries. Average Salary in total with a Variable Component that depends on your Salary Structure. Variable and Bonus payouts are always late, don't keep high hopes it is always less percentage for disbursal of Variable Payouts. 4) Hectic Work: The project work is quite hectic and you may have to extend your time on most of the days to support. Comp offs are hard to get, our Senior Management also asked us to work and support on most of the weekends too, but it again depends on your project. 5) Shift or Overtime Allowance: We never got shift allowances, even though we were working in Evening Shifts. Shift Allowance totally depends on your Manager but they usually dodge it. Another unexpected thing is 25 rupees paid per hour for overtime. This is such an insult to the employees and the Overtime sheet takes months to get approved
