New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Here in Zensar, no one cares for actual talent. All they need is money, body shopping is done for the same. Highly political environment making it difficult to understand and work. People here know how to use other people. 40+ hours of learning is mandatory for appraisals, even if you finish the same you won't get a good hike. Talking about the HRs, if you know how to do JI HUZURI you're all set. Only few people here are really good and appreciate real talent, and yes they are not at all connected to HRs hence not appreciated by them or given any awards.

...avery from associates..Managers in Bangalore and Hyderabad are fit for nothing.. salaries are not paid on time. Even Reimbursement amount will not be given on time.. waste of joining. Think multiple times before joining Zensar.
