Decent company to start your career in testing services. As a fresher they will give you opportunity immediately to work closely with the clients and this will be helpful for everyone to gain soft skills and gets awareness in Agile. Most of the experience people are encouraging and ready to share you knowledge. Good working culture and nice ambience in the workplace.

Dislikes

Low salary pay, and especially for who entered as fresher. Automation and manual engineer designation is same and no promotion or recognition for employees to boost thier confidence.

The package they provide for the amount of work they make you do is not good at all. Even the compensation is very low managers still expect the employees to work more and more. There's a bond for 30 months for new joinees with only 1 month of training

ZenQ offers an opportunity for freshers to become professionals. As a fresher one will have lot of opportunities to learn new technologies and get experience. ZenQ offers nice work environment. All hight level people are so friendly. It has its own way to create people engagement activities.

I feel compensation wise it has to improve and should offer the salary as per market. If you joined ZenQ as fresher then you face hard time as even after 3 years you won't be getting atleast 50% of market value

payscale, festival gifts They make work freshers like experienced but wont give enough hikes and salary. Everytime , freshers who come through walkin can see a great diff almost 50% less package when compared to campus hires.. But make us work like hell. Even if you are the single resource for the project and manage everything(both manual and automation), you wont get a good hike. And manager questions you what did you do to the project. Even with 4+ rating in appraisal, you will get only 40k-50k hike for 3+ exp. Even then your package will be less than new hires. There will be some projects where 10 working hours are not at all sufficient and this is the case everyday. We have to attend many calls a day, complete the work in time, personal client calls. This has to be done all in the working hours. Good place to learn skills but *in terms of payscale, I give it 1/5 *

Joined ZenQ in 2019 as a fresher. I loved everything about my company. ZenQ provides stress-free environment and great work culture. I would highly recommend ZenQ for a newbie to start career.
