Zenoti tends to exhaust the employees. The reason is customers satisfaction. As a business we want more customers and to onboard then building features as per their requirement is a must but the timelines committed are little unrealistic.

Maintaining Work life balance is often seen as a crime. Weak HR policy, they don’t interfere with overtime work complaints and you need to work on weekends and late nights frequently, leave will be approved only after so much of backlash. Office politics will be more as you work closely with higher management. No resource or capacity planning, you just need to finish all by deadline as they donot wish to say no to their customer requests.

Management is very bad. Micro management is at peaks in the Support under the leadership of senior director of support. You will never be treated respectfully. It's a call centre job where we have to take calls throughout the shift. Life is very very stressful in support in the Zenoti. Don't run behind the money and join this company especially in support. If you do so, you will definitely regret and write a review like me.

Work Deadlines can be taxing on work life balance Unlimited leaves is not a good policy, as 20 leaves in a year is already considered a lot of leaves. Yes, people keep a track :)

Nothing apart from 1-2 colleagues due to which I was able to survive there as they admire the fact by crafting the art of getting involved into unnecessary trouble is the trait which the management likes.

Dislikes

To interact with peers and colleagues, I need to either treat them with whiskey on the rocks or get addicted to the same offered by them, basically to be a sycophant just like another one who already exists there good for nothing when it comes to work but shows his tricks luring those dumb managers and leads they proudly call.
