I don't like here Managers worst behaviour.

Dislikes

...nsurance , showes, uniforms , learning any activity, managers irritations & etc. I already left the job, but not given my settlement, like leave payment, gratuity, bonus amount.

Total trust by the management on head of each department, all issues and developments heard and appreciated, and consented for implementation.

Zenith is an training pltform for fresher's so technically we fit for work. In learning.. over all good

I so feel on management level. They totally neglect to employees.. they want only profit. & Less man power handling . The can't give on time sallary & facilities to emploes toally exploit to the workers....
