We are gating only 1 months 50% salary during this COVID-19 lockdown after that still no work no pay running in this company. No such support is there from the company.

Dislikes

Teammates are good, no such training, Private company so no Job security, Career growth normal & average, appraisal very poor percentage, Innovation very less, work life balance - need to managed by own time.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i m a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. sometime, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client call in the evening, late into the night, & in to weekends. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed.

AS THE PANDEMIC COVID 19 HAS EFFECT THE ALL OVER BUSINESS IN THE WORLD MANY OF COMPANY HELPS THEIR EMPLOYEE FOR SURVIVE IN THIS PANDEMIC. BUT OPPOSITE SIDE OF THIS ZENITH LEISURE HOLIDAYS LTD IS NOT SUPPORTS THEIR EMPLOYEE NEITHER GIVE ANY BENEFIT. MOREOVER THEY HAVE DISMISS THE MOST OF EMPLOYEE AND SEND THEM HOME.

THEY NEITHER HELP THEIR EMPLOYEE IN PANDEMIC. AND THOSE PERSON WHO WILL PRESENT DOING WORK WITH ORGANISATION AND THEY HAVE ALSO PRESSURIZED BY COMPANY FOR HIS SURVIVE.

Nothing I like about zenith, they are horrible with the employees working with them. I started with pilot batch and did growth to company from single branch to 21 in 3years and I got after this nothing in kitty. I will give rating to zenith worst place and culture and over all skill development zero, training zero.
