It feels really great and satisfied at the same time. The work culture is really amazing, everybody treat each other as equal as a family. Management is always there to support and they keep a check too if they can enhance the process by anything to make work culture more satisfied with of course providing different opportunities and benefits. Though we work on remote basis but they never fail to entertain the team by organizing activities over the video call. Its only been 7 months since I'm working with Zenfinet but it feels like more than that the way they keep everyone together.

The company is open to take suggestions & readily adopts latest technology. Excellent work culture. Positive reinforcements on almost all aspects of work. Colleagues are very supportive.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good and appraisals are fair and they good salary hike and bonus. Great place to work 😊

I would appreciate if Leadership Roles are identified inside the firm among already existing seniors rather than bringing from outside.

I will like to highlight that work culture, Job security and management everything is so great . I have a small daughter and she needs me sometimes so there is a work culture in which I am managing both easily as Zenfinet is giving permanent work from home. Company policies are implemented recently but they are good and If I talk about security so my being a new mom I should be worried but , Have a great management and supported me every single time even when we are not performing then also they support as well.

Dislikes

Only 1 thing that we are working virtually and can't meet in person. Rest nothing is there to dislike about our company.
