Salary and increment policies are not satisfactory as per current expensive culture in market

The company is in product filing stage, so one will get good opportunities to improve the skills. Management will give sufficient opportunities to keep up the work and encourage you to take additional responsibilities.

The salary hike is not happens at defined period. As the plant is in product filing stage, work will be more to meet the timelines.

I don't like anything in zenara because I have been working there last two years but I don't get increment. But there is a chance to involve all the areas in department

I don't like hr policies onece we resign they keep our salary they pay in settle ment, I can't explain hr policies because it's very worst

Zenara Pharma is a osd manufacturing site where 200 workforce are working to drive the business. It's USFDA approved company. Since it is manufacturing facility, need to work for 6 days a week. Employee benefits are moderate when compare with market.

No dislikes as pay is on time, technical personnel are eligible for overtime, non-technical personnel are allowed for compensatory off, subsidized canteen, subsidized transportation e.t.c

Nothing. Except the location of company which is in city

Terrible Employee is nothing just a worker like daily labour No where concerned about employee No value for employee. Especially who works hard for company sake Employee concerns/problems/Idwas are no where bothered Dissatisfied
