Company will give you full involvement in project work that gives full acess to work with no edges and barriers with client and also will support in all hurdles with project deviations

timings and less man power , no skilled man power ,perks and increments at time. and all mangement

1. Working Culture is Worst . 2. No Job Security. 3. Experience HOD & Management is only saying for Client . no Knowledge Sharing with Juniors. 4.Working Culture is is myth here . no proper management of work here . every time work load they are giving to junior. 5.Pathetic Management with Useless selfish staff. 6. in the biging they will give you bunch of promises . 7. if you were already in good firm then for couple of increment don't switch here. 8. no single facility is getting from company.
