...policies are good, appraisal arr fair and they give good salary hike every year. There is no bonus given to employees

There is a main issue of food and transportation.

freshers can be preferable but not for experienced there is no appraisal benefits no work culture they will turture especially when we are in notice period and notice period is also so long 90 day's getting out from this company is very hectic

they will keep Hr policy according to their own company rule they will change anytime if they want

Here there is more scope to learn new works and managing skills,Work culture is good

I am not satisfied with appraisal what the management given to me, Importance given based on the departments not based on performance.

Likes

Good Work Space to learn new things in day to day. Teammates are well cooperative during the site visits. Policies are very good compared to other employer.

Dislikes

We're having an bond of 2 years for fresher people and that's good thing actually because he/she can learn the subject in vast mode in very less span of time. Hikes are not too expected and there'll be option of negotiations between the employee and managers. Training options for new joinees are growing up now a days. Dislikes are upto some extent where we and management are in same platform to understand.
