As a fresher Zen is a good company to learn new things and to improve your skills.

Dislikes

Lack of work life balance, stagnant salary , no opportunities for promotion and job insecurity. They don't values employee needs prioritize professional growth. The work place is riddled with politics, and the toxic company culture will severely effect your mental health. The higher authorities are narrow minded and resort to underhanded tactics to terminate employees. They treat employees like laborers and they won't provide any basic benifits to employee also. They won't provide any maternity leave for women also.

...policies are good, appraisal arr fair and they give good salary hike every year. There is no bonus given to employees

Dislikes

There is a main issue of food and transportation.

freshers can be preferable but not for experienced there is no appraisal benefits no work culture they will turture especially when we are in notice period and notice period is also so long 90 day's getting out from this company is very hectic

they will keep Hr policy according to their own company rule they will change anytime if they want

I am not satisfied with appraisal what the management given to me, Importance given based on the departments not based on performance.

Good Work Space to learn new things in day to day. Teammates are well cooperative during the site visits. Policies are very good compared to other employer.

Dislikes

We're having an bond of 2 years for fresher people and that's good thing actually because he/she can learn the subject in vast mode in very less span of time. Hikes are not too expected and there'll be option of negotiations between the employee and managers. Training options for new joinees are growing up now a days. Dislikes are upto some extent where we and management are in same platform to understand.
