Micro management, no hikes, lot of politics, evrything will be ruled by CTO, no recognition, have to work like slave, until unless you follow and work whatever task/work assigned the it's good. otherwise they felt and treated you like your useless and worthless. No projects, it's like hell.

No proper hikes and dont know when they will terminate the employees from the company.without any proper reasons they will terminate the employees and says with some other reasons to terminate and no proper clients resources have to sit on bench only.every thing depends on CTO.

Working at zelar its like fully rollercoster for me some times you need to work till 11 or 12 You will get to learn so many new things from them

Dont have proper culture office politics is there know one appreciate you clients words are much better that senior
