The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

Worst Management and worst HR I have ever come across. Request to higher management to train mumbai head in management, ask him to do pmp or some management course. Trust him less. His qualities - less transparent communication, double game player, don't know how to optimize resources, shows higher management resource mistakes while hiding his. His decision are influenced by others feedback. He doesn't have his own thought process. If mumbai hod is changed I am sure company can progress very fast.
