No skill development and trainings Extended work hours without benifits. Nobody acknowledge employee problems. No proper work system. Appraisal Cycle April to April but implement in dec. But manager provide task without proper inputs. No leaves approved. No appreciation for work No performance bonus. Old working system create more difficulty in work. 3rd class MNC

In zeeco, wada the canteen is nonveg also and landscape is awesome

1. There is no ethics in company. 2. Managers are kaam chor they don't work and all fabrication works given on contract basic like canan engineering so they can't able to produce desire quality what the client paid for zeeco. 3. There is no transport facilities. 4. There is no system exist for work. 5. Only fresher or less experience people can come and join zeeco for initial level of experience. 6. Company can terminate any time. Zeeco india is just a brand name in flare stack in USA AD EUROPE but in india it's black spot.

No job security, No time limit for work, You have to come to Saturday also. No software like ERP, SAP. Manual work every thing, Depends on contract, Higher management is meaning less what they do they also don't know. Horrible canteen just like Dhaba, even you will not get the purified drinking water.

There is nothing to like except compasation that you agreed while joining.

I feel very good during my working period and Zeeco is continually developing the progress and improving work culture and enhancing HSE standard.

Everything is good as per site management and Head office management.

Worst to work with. There is no work life balance. Manager will call you till 3-4 am in the late night. There is no accomodation and anything. Just don't even think of joining.
