...ns are never utilised. No innovative ideas are accepted. Almost no job security. Salary is okay compared to work for seniors. Poor appraisal. Lots of in-house politics. During covid lockdown they do take care of the employees.

Dislikes

Production staff capacities are very low. High work pressure. There is no second hand quality check or feedback for improvement. Freshers don't get proper training.

I love to work with zee. But they only select zima student for job. Before joining they told me that after one month they give me job but. It's like a lollipop for me. I done 6 month intern but they don't even paid me. Very bad

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
