We have no choice. Company didn't give any sefty and policy management are not good we didn't have job security
Dislikes
Salary is too low. Management are not good they given 2-3 policy we are not satisfied from work and management says they cannot improving salary 3 years we have no choice but we doing work our salary too low management never listening Labours problem

... themselves against the management. Overall a good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.
I joined Zeco as a trainee engineer. The training and senior support which I get may be will not get anywhere else. I like the culture (i.e. festival celebration, trip outing, volleyball, morning yoga and aerobics etc.) which gives us motivation to work beyond.
