...nd. Shylock minded people. HR are puppets of mangers. No decision making power. Zero salary growth maximum they wil give u 500rupees 2k( if u beg). No appraisal. No promotions. Slave mentality company'. Eg.They wil ask u to submit atleast 2-4 different quotations from different shops if u r asked to by a 50 rupees garbage bag by the manager.. Typical Hindi speaking Brand. In their interview calls also they only prefer hindi and english. Neglecting South Indians. Even they're based in Chennai. Nepotism at its peak. Full of family members of managers

Poor brand acceptance in the market, they only provide you the salary - zero benefits for the employees, very poor expenses structure for the sales people and need rigorous follow up for getting the expenses (this is more pathetic), no fixed policy - it always keeps changing, very very poor appraisal policy, huge politics in HO, etc etc...
