...mes. No focus on customer rather they don't care once the money is in the bank. Don't pay salary on time as well. So never get into this company.

Zebra Learn has come up with really nice products/books. The product encourages you to read more.

Dislikes

As an employee there was no orientation or induction provided. Which leave the new joiner struggle to get basic tasks done. There is huge dependency on management to get task done in terms of approvals, execution and iterations. Work like balance is a challenge as the office start quite late and ends late. Huge lack of communication internally in the teams. Which reflects in department functionality. Huge turnaround time for execution of strategy and no fixed timelines to continue a particular strategy.

If you are someone interested in reading content and learning more about new things,you will enjoy this job as a freelance remote visualizer. They have organised their workflows so that monthly payout is possible. Good work life balance and most of all good team.

Dislikes

Feedback for your work can be conflicting depending on your manager. Pay is Rs 100 per page, so initial ad with 18k to 20k payout as lump sum is a hook to get you interested in applying. If you are not a creative person, it can take time to get your visualizations correct.
