Institute is very best for students not for faculties. There is nothing to like. I advised, don't join such Institute. If joined, then resign as early as possible. Very bad culture, no value of your profession, institute gives importance to students satisfaction by conducting various programs for admission point of view, so no concentration on academic activities, after very few time remained then institute focus on academic very tightly, there is no priority for academic. There is first priority for admission activity. I agreed admission activity is important but institute runs admission activity through out year. In admission activity, professors have to visit given schools, colleges for various activities. They should contact them regularly and take exams, careers activities for them. All professors must have to call given contacts for admission on regular basis like call center. They supervise calling activity by calling lead software. There is no value for your knowledge, skill, research, innovations, teaching, publication, career advancement etc. for which every professors actually appointed. There is no return for hardwork. Very worst working environment in institute. Institute uses professors research/innovations for their publicity without any appreciation, motivation, or any facilities for professors.

Dislikes

There is no value for your work. No motivation, no career growth, no salary growth, no skill development, no proper compensation for your work. More, more, more, and more work but same, same and same payments. No benifits for employees of their career growth, skill development, research, publication, innovations. They use of for their publicity.
