Company provides work from home, company is very nice but you will not get any growth opportunities as I was working on same position since last eight years and management peoples hired from outside not from internal job posting

The company doesn't give growth to the employees. Incentives structure should be revised.i hv been working with the organisation from past four years have always achieved my target but when it comes to growth i have never given a opportunity. Too much of politics goes on..there need to be more growth opportunities in the company which can encourage someone like me.

Nothing as of now..management is sick ...they promise but they can't pay

Dislikes

Management people are worst, they only give jazz..they say we have unlimited incentive but they do not give. They are now putting agents on PIP who are on papers already and hardly left couple more days with organization. I will not recommend a security guard as well there.

Technical Guidance Among Team Through Senior Level Expertise is without Hurdle. Senior Management and Technical Team od Higher Management is Always Willing And Ready To Mentor Juniors.
