- CEO calls u at midnight. He doesn't know Personal life exists! It doesn't matter to him wether u r taking care of ur daughter of having s6x with ur wife. He should be given top priority. - Hard deadlines. "This is not Rocket Science" is his favourite dialogue, still asks to build a rocket like feature in 2 days. - He consider employees as sl4ves. Doesn’t give a fcu*k about privacy. We should be available for him for 24x7 including Sundays.

Ok i dont know how much i can write but i will try to include all the milestones in a company as messy as this 1.forget that you will get your relieving letter from this company 2.HR...where do i even start about this this company has track record of firing people for their health issues or the employee is pregnant 3.out of no where the CEO Mr.raj Golecha will call you and give you a task which even bill gates is sure of not being able to solve it within that time. 4.if you say something back even by mistake then arrange a coffin because everything will be quick. 5.you have a family....forget them . because from the day you joined this company CEO is your family.the kind of family which only drive you crazy

The management is not good, they dont even have a office. CEO Rajdeep Golecha shouts on everybody, they treat employees like Animals. HR Sukhdeep Kaur doesnt help anyone, she removes people when there is no work.
