We introduce many preventive measures at very early stage viz. Cloth mask , Sanitization , microbial treatment at frequent levels across premises , pack foods with use & throw glass for tea and water , Bus transportation with required social distancing , conduct Virtual meeting and have virtual meet with visitors. So far we as a team did a great job and we continue to do our extra bit as a moral responsibility towards our society

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but carreer growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company is take over by Advent international and comes under cohance life science umbrella of API cluster. My journey in the company is exciting and thrilling till now. Firm is certified with USFDA, EDQM, PMDA,ENVISA and WHO. Good choice to choose for job seekers.

All things and policies are baseless, only politics culture and also it's impact to your work-life balance. In 8 hour shift but you have to complete 10 hour in shift and no leave also it's not give you over time payment. You can get 30 Rs per hour OT only but there is tides method to claim OT and required to many people signature and mail confirmation then after your 30 Rs add to your bank in 3 month latter.....if you stay. Otherwise it will collapse.

ZCL is good organisation but so many improvement is required for GMP and documentation.

Leave policy and short leave. Working style not proper and each and every work on priority base (This type culture created)
