There is no appraisal system so no yearly increment of salary. Job security is major issue. And work-personal life balance is not good just because of timing and work responsibilities. Thanks.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad especially to the US and Canada. But onsite travel is completely dependent on your project and client,s location mine is a us based client location. Mine is a us based client and they have some offices on Toronto,hence I got a B1 visa quickly Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultures background and we work happily in collaboration.l alsa like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Knowing the trends and living up to it's name. I've learned things which will help me in future.

Dislikes

Deducting salary for working overtime. Work is heavy, personal life is sacrificed. It's hard specially for team leaders and Fashion Assistants.

As i m the fresher i learn lots more thing in which i personally like all the position has equal salary i.e sales assistant having 14k than all the sales assistant get 14k. and no target pressure

Only good thing is that you can learn about Trends and Fashion of current season. One thing good for freshers That they get good income compare other retailer

No salary hike, work life balance and no constant improvements.
