Dislikes

Everything. The culture, the toxicity, the constant and crippling anxiety, yelling, rude behaviour, throwing of things, humiliating employees in front of clients and colleagues, irrational behavior, using personal information to bring people down, misogyny, homophobia, comments of physical appearance, secual orientation, clothing, weight and what not. Expected to carry work back home, work all night, stay in office late everyday, literally everyday, nobody leaves work on time.

Likes

Some of the employees were good and sincere, but they're all temporary. Good ones are always leave the place after sometime. Because their goodness makes the seniors insecure so they are not welcome there.

Dislikes

One should not go there unless they like to be bullied and harrassed by jealous seniors. All those who are working there for long time, are either cowards or couldn't find other job. They expect you to be like a wife, tolerating their mood swings. Not professional CEO and CTO. I hope things change in future.

Everything. Management, the founder and CEO specifically, and the overall culture. Very toxic and inappropriate behaviour from people in the upper management. To a getter where it’s just bizarre and completely unacceptable.

* You can learn a lot in all the fields. * CEO is very much open to listen your ideas and also care for there employees. * Two time increment in an year. * Lots of food and snacks available for employee.

* Strict to work timing.
