They offer you low salary with no increment and require you to work on Saturday and sunday,If you need to take leave, you must seek permission from general manager in Saudi Arabia, and he doesn’t approve your application , your salary get deducted

No apprisal for past 2 yrs.No annual apprisal system exist actually.Running on saudi arebian culture.In saudi people are hired on contract basis so salary revision fixed there but here they hav new set up last 3yrs and still no provision of annual apprisal.There are no employe welfare activities.Not a single festival is celebrated.No human values and they dont ask for commitment as well.
