Very good culture and respect amongst all employees - there is a lot of understanding from the founder and management and they get involved in solving issues together.

There is not much to dislike, this is a growing organization and like at any startup, you have to get the job done - we are all involved in ensuring the company succeeds!

It's been really nice working in an open and comfortable environment - it's a very open structure which means you can approach anyone at anytime and everyone is respectful of each other's opinions. I feel heard in this organization

There was nothing to feel good or like about the company.

Dislikes

The HR of that company was horrible says anything without even knowing what she is saying. The so called Managers will just eat your head in the name of work. They make employees to work extra 1 hours. And most horrible thing in that company was the accounts team, the senior level people will pretend to be nice but they will be the one who will make you drown. The environment is TOXIC would never recommend anyone to work there.

Hr uzma is useless person in this organisation. They first trap you in interview and ask to handle South Mumbai HNI customers and will you pennies i.e. 20k. Pathetic organization.
