Unlike other companies zairo is supporting their employees in every aspect and also taking necessary prcautions to fight against covid-19 in office premises. Work environment is safe and healthy.

The salary is still the same as before but the incentives structure is bit reduced.

The only thing which i like about Zairo International is to not work with them. The best time while working with Zairo international was the time when i was on leave. Thats it there is nothing to like about this Workplace.

Dislikes

The following are :- 1. No fix time of Salary. And the management didnt even bother to tell you that the salary can be delayed. 2. No work ethic’s, doing fraud with their Customers as well as with the employees 3. No work culture 4. Whole business is setup on free sources available, the management didnt have money to even invest in the things which will benefit them for growth 5. Started this Company from ZERO. and still at ZERO even after 6 years.

Huge salary issues; salary date is 20th of every month and can be extended Management gives lots of pressure to you and don't listen to you as well treat like a work slave. When you start working with this company believe me after one month you will feel depressed and unmotivated to work. Work on yourself and get a job with other companies;this company doesn't give you anything except for headaches.

Working here is a great experience for me. I have learned so many things from here. Actually it is very interesting to interact with the international clients and also the best part of this company is that it will always boost you..The daily morning fun activity will energize you full day and you will enjoy your working hours.
