Worked in Rimaya project, found pathetic professionalism, pathetic environment. Keralite management is devastating for the company.

The owner. Sultan Zaid AlHussain is so naive that he actually doesn’t know how to run the company. He always see and roam around the higher management and doesn’t meet the lower position workers. He doesn’t have any experience to run such a big company as he got this business from his father served in a platter. One should know the fact that if lower position workers are happy and cherished then only company can bloom and grow.
