Z Square Mall is the worst place you can work. They treat their staff like sl*ves. Even the high ranking people get the same salary as an unskilled labour. They beat employees. They exploit them, make them work 12-14 hours each day. And they only make them mentally weak by scolding traumatising and harassing. This is absolutely nothing to like about working at Z Square mall.

No one can raise a voice against the management because they have deep connection in law offices and police. They give cash salaries. They can keep and throw any employee out whenever they feel best. They have high ranking people who come for 5 hour shift who shout on employee who leave earlier than 14 hours. Torture, harassment, orthodox, abusive, and what more. No word is enough to describe the culture there. Everything happens by the order of their owner. Don’t think only staff exploits the staff, staff exploits on order of their boss. The beating culture must stop. Stop beating people who are working for you. They think that no one can now do anything against them because they do deep bribery in every government department.

Evrything is worst here. No culture. No professionalism. No salary slip . The mid senior person will eat up ur salary and give you half from what was given from management. No agreement. They treat you like slave to work for 10 hours even on weekends. No leaves given. Poor pathetic culture.

You can visit for friends for15-20 mins apart from work when they come to mall.

Dislikes

Their working culture is very shady. They do no provide any documentation or payslip. You will get paid in cash. No leaves are there even if you are sick next day you have to report to the office. There is no holiday and even make you work on Public/Govt holidays. Don't waste your time here and look for better opportunity.

They never give you joining letter, always feel you like a servent... You don't have any self respect, slap you when you don't follow them, force to do work, joining policy is submit all your original academic documents before joining, So they can force you to live like a slave... Overall worst company...
