By not paying the salary for 3-4 months that too after working.

No salary on time never will you receive the salary before 12-15 dates even when the pay is from 21 to 20. No family benefits (if given then also major facilities removes) No PF No system of working... they need the working style and reports as a MNC culture but fail to reciprocate the same. When you work and give lakhs of profit they will not share a 0.0001 % but when there is loss (due to market situation) the they will ask you deduction your salary , not pay the expenses ... etc..list is long... one who wants to work should define your terms and conditions before hand... then join.. or else they will misuse you.

Hi. Nice experience with Yuva Shakti foundation ...in 4 month .. management system nice work properly and giving all facilities to employees... company policies are good ....there no sallery problem.. after lockdown I did work from home to till 1may...then some essues ysf tell to leave job. so now, I am not working in ysf...but overall good experience... In covid 19, ysf give me work at home..

Travelling problem, quarrelling with co supervisor or worker

Well, First and foremost, I would say that the company's overall reputation drew me in. I've been in finance for 1 yrs and YSF is always been an industry leader in innovation and community friendly standards. I've had a few friends members who either worked here or with the business and they've always raved about atmosphere of professionalism. I look forward to being in a place that continually demands excellent while still allowing a healthy and positive work environment.
